8th Week:

"Start Late Mornings" - Sleep late, enjoy your morning, read the paper, eat a big breakfast, walk the dog, go for a jog, wander into the office by 11am - one per calendar month. You choose which days. Put in a full day, of course, but no stress of coming in early on those days you just want to enjoy the morning a little longer.
(Development Team becomes eligible for Flex Time.)

10th Week:

Performance appraisal with useful feedback, including goal setting and a specific plan to get you to the next level and achieve your professional goals during and after your SyMech experience

15th Week:

1. Written letter of reference
2. Stock options vest at conclusion of internship [15 week minimum] (in accordance with the SyMech Option Plan and Option Agreement terms)**
