"Excellent training program. Exciting technology!"

Randy Speed, President
Speed Consulting

"You can learn not only as a student but also as the teacher. You can get multitude of solutions to a simple or complex mechanism very quickly."

Clark Helvey,
PhD Tooling

SyMech, Inc. is committed to helping companies create new mechanisms. Not only do we offer products to this end, we also offer professional
consulting services. Please e-mail us at consulting@symech.com for more information.

SyMech offers an intensive two day training course on designing mechanisms. It is recommended for any person who designs mechanisms or moving assemblies. In two days students will learn basic through advanced principles of mechanism synthesis.

Synthesis of four-bar mechanisms.
Synthesis of six-bar mechanisms.
Creating multi bar mechanisms.
Synthesizing mechanisms for prescribed motion.
Synthesizing mechanisms for prescribed angular input and outputs
Synthesizing mechanisms that follow prescribed paths.
Learn how to design mechanisms that will not bind during motion
by defining minimum transmission angle requirements.
Velocity analysis of mechanisms.
Acceleration analysis of mechanisms.
Calculating input and output forces in mechanisms.
Synthesizing mechanisms for known mechanical advantage.
Learn how to synthesize straight line mechanisms, and quick return mechanisms.
